In the middle of the night, I was awakened
with an alarming thought to remember early
this year watching a special programming on
PBS of Dr. Wayne Dyer's recent new book
Excuses Begone. An extraordinary
program that I can firmly remember watching
seven times. What awoke me about thinking this
was the accounts of insightful stories that
I've known personally that changed many of
the lives of people living with self-defeating
thoughts, only to rise up and be empowered
capable of knowing all things are humanly
possible with a correct and balanced focus
to viewing life.
The three hour television program was poignant,
humorous, thought provoking and by all accounts
spoken with the messages of two choices of
absolutions; 1.) Want the change you honestly
look to have in your life or 2.) Stay defeated
in your thoughts you believe your held a prisoner.
Dedicated and authorative, Wayne Dyer captured
exactly with his program, that if change is to
come and applied to life, and the individuals want
the proper and true changes in themselves to manifest,
the individuals have to want the change deep within
themselves, and to no longer carry around in their
minds in their waking and sleeping state the attitudes
of believing that they are mere spectators in the
world and don't have the power to influence change
within it.
Yet for all the good graces the program offered and
delved into, by the third hour of the program all of
the messages and teachings hit home for me when
Dan Caro came up on to the stage to talk about
his life story. By all witness, hearing him talk with
his encouraging messages to all and everyone that was
watching, you could clearly see a man that not in anyway
one should feel absolutely pity for, yet admire and have
great respect. He opened the eyes and hearts of the
audience with his extraordinary skills with a short
drumming session that gave way to a harmonious
clap-a-long. Dan Caro is special human being, with an
unforgettable life story and deeply worthy of knowing
as a symbol of hope.
Frankly in my seventeen years of writing, I recount
precisely to this day that my style of writing has been
greatly influenced over the past almost two decades with
the diligent spiritual readings and teachings of Napoleon
Hill, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Daniel Amen, Noah Benshea, Dr.
Wayne Dyer, Tal Ben-Shahar, The Buddha and His Holiness
The Dalai Lama. Each of these men have profoundly and
personally changed my life to seeing the world on a much
grander scale to comprehend and be educated.
There is no greater experience than besides the miracle
birth of a child, than of ones own true life awakening.
It really comes down to truly trusting unconditionally to
the undiluted intuition and not have a commitment of choice
to regret what one brings into their life anymore and for
the rest their life.
Life is temporal, yet it has the great potential to be full.
It's only limited in capacity by ones perception and excuses
of themselves and how they view the world in it's entire state.
Bottom line, Excuses Begone!
